Family-Owned Mexican Restaurant in Columbia, MO

Our owners David and Delia Lopez opened Delia’s Mexican Grill in 2020 and hit the ground running. With several decades of combined experience in the food industry, they always dreamed of one day owning their own restaurant. Their heritage and passion for Mexican cuisine were major influences in making Delia’s Mexican Grill what it is today.


Delia’s strives to bring an elevated Mexican dining experience to Columbia while also paying homage to our roots. We prepare meals in many of the same ways our families did growing up, incorporating traditional elements in every bite. In fact, everything in our restaurant reminds us of family, from our recipes to our atmosphere and commitment to service.
